Fitness options, during bad economy

Now economy is very bad. Jobs are hard to get. It is very difficult to say how long the employer is going to be in business. It is not the right time to pay high monthly fitness club membership fees. But still we need to be fit and healthy, especially when health care costs are very high. This article explains some options for us.
